Basketball Game Preview: Baldwin Bears vs. Germantown Academy Patriots

Baldwin is 0-10 against Germantown Academy since February of 2020 but things could change on Friday. The Bears will welcome the Patriots at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

After dropping their season opener at home, Germantown Academy is headed out to face a Bears team ready to give their home crowd a win. Baldwin fell 45-38 to Barrack Hebrew Academy on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Germantown Academy played a tough game on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They lost 63-41 to Friends' Central. The defeat continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with Friends' Central: they've now lost four in a row.

Baldwin was dealt a bruising 70-25 loss at the hands of Germantown Academy when the teams last played back in February. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bears were down 46-17.
