Softball Game Preview: Hardaway Hawks vs. Calvary Christian Knights

The Hardaway Hawks are taking a road trip to challenge the Calvary Christian Knights at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Hardaway has given up an average of 8.4 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Hardaway is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 19 runs on Tuesday, they were much more limited against Columbus on Thursday. They came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 13-1.

Meanwhile, Calvary Christian entered their tilt with Cairo on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Syrupmakers 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Calvary Christian's win bumped their record up to 19-2. As for Hardaway, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.
