There's no place like home for Cherokee Bluff, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the Lanier Longhorns on Monday as they made off with a 15-0 win. Considering the Bears have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Logan Robinson looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ethan England was a standout: he fired off two home runs, five RBI, and three runs while going 2-for-4. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Bubba Coleman was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base.

Cherokee Bluff kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lanier only managed one hit.

Cherokee Bluff is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-11 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.1 runs over those games. As for Lanier, they dropped their record down to 6-20 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Cherokee Bluff has already played their next game, a 12-4 win against Loganville on the 15th. As for Lanier, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 14-0 loss against Hillgrove on the 15th.
