Central Lee entered their tilt with West Burlington on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They put the hurt on the Falcons with a sharp 9-1 win. That's two games straight that the Hawks have won by exactly eight runs.

Central Lee pushed their record up to 19-3 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games.
