Baseball Recap: Heritage Preparatory Comes Up Short

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Heritage Preparatory was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They came up short against the Heritage Hawks, falling 10-2.

Heritage Preparatory saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Peyton Garner, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Heritage Preparatory's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Heritage, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-11.

Coincidentally, Heritage Preparatory and Heritage will both be playing Harvester Christian Academy the next time they take the field. The Rams will head out to face the Hawks at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Hawks will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
