Xavier barely beat Cedar Falls the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Saints blew past the Tigers 5-2 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Xavier, who have now won five games by three goals or more so far this season.

Xavier's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cedar Falls, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3.

Looking ahead, Xavier is taking a road trip to challenge Iowa City West at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cedar Falls, they will welcome Hempstead at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
