Soccer Recap: Rolling Meadows Takes a Loss

Rolling Meadows lost against Palatine back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Mustangs came up short against the Pirates, falling 6-3. Rolling Meadows have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rolling Meadows' loss dropped their record down to 2-5-3. As for Palatine, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-4-1.

Rolling Meadows and Palatine could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Mustangs will take on Fremd at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (237 vs. 104). Meanwhile, Palatine (ranked 151st) will meet Hersey (ranked 29th) at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
