Cass lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Wheeler, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's contest. The Colonels put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 10-2 victory on Monday. This was payback for the Colonels, who suffered a 9-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Cass back to even at 3-3. As for Wheeler, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cass will face off against Southeast Whitfield County at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wheeler, they will square off against Cherokee at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
