Bayard Rustin had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 62-34 win over the Kennett Blue Demons. The Golden Knights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bayard Rustin's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Kennett, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bayard Rustin will take on Penn Wood in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Kennett, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Delaware Military Academy at 1:15 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
