While West Iredell's victory against Wilkes Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Warriors skirted past the Eagles 57-55.
West Iredell was led to victory by Austin Bailey and Ja'Braylan Patterson. Bailey shot 50% from the field to rack up 18 points and five boards, while Patterson almost dropped a double-double with ten points and nine rebounds. That's the most boards Bailey has posted since back in January. Gabe Harshman was another key player, putting up seven points and 12 rebounds.

Coming up, West Iredell is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on St. Stephens at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors will need to watch out since the Indians have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Wilkes Central, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 76-50 loss against Bandys on the 24th.
