Recap: Reading Red KNights vs. Berks Catholic Saints
The Reading Red KNights lost against the Berks Catholic Saints back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Reading took a 51-37 bruising from the Saints. Reading has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Berks Catholic's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sydney Corado, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks. Corado has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Madison Langdon, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Reading's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Berks Catholic, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Reading does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Berks Catholic is on the road again on Friday and plays the Mustangs at 7:15 p.m. on February 2nd. Governor Mifflin is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.
