Softball Recap: Silex Owls vs. St. Elizabeth Hornets
It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Silex can now relate to. They fell just short of the St. Elizabeth Hornets by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The Owls were red-hot at the plate heading into the game (they scored no less than ten runs in the three contests prior), but the Hornets' pitchers proved too tough.
