Basketball Game Preview: Sierra Timberwolves vs. Patterson Tigers

The Sierra Timberwolves will face off against the Patterson Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, Sierra ended up a good deal behind Mountain House and lost 55-38. While losing is never fun, the Timberwolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 437th, while the Mustangs are ranked 185th).

Meanwhile, Patterson didn't have too much trouble with Oakdale on Tuesday as they won 41-23. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Patterson's victory bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Sierra, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-9.
