Liberty has gone a perfect 5-0 against Oak Park recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Blue Jays will be playing in front of their home fans against the Northmen at 4:30 p.m.

Liberty is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Park Hill South just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 9-6 to the Panthers.

Ashley Anderson made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Oak Park). Their pitcher stepped up to hand Ruskin a 20-0 shutout on Monday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Northmen needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The team relied heavily on Karissa Davis, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That stolen base marked the first that she has snagged this season. Katie Kessler was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Oak Park always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .694. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Oak Park's win bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Liberty, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

Liberty took their victory against Oak Park when the teams last played two weeks ago by a conclusive 15-2 score. Will the Blue Jays repeat their success, or do the Northmen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
