Football Game Preview: Union Knights vs. Hudson Pirates

The Union Knights are taking a road trip to face off against the Hudson Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 41-2, which was the final score in Union's tilt against Jesup on Friday. The matchup marked the Knights' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Hudson beat Columbus 16-7 on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Having lost for the first time this season, Union fell to 4-1. As for Hudson, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Union and Hudson were almost perfectly matched up in their previous meeting back in October of 2021, but Union suffered an agonizing 20-19 defeat. Can the Knights avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
