Softball Recap: Bethany Takes a Loss

Bethany made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Tuttle, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bronchos fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bronchos in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.

Jayda Davis was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: she didn't allow a single earned run over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.

Bethany's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Tuttle, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1.
