Softball Recap: Panama Comes Up Short

If Panama was feeling good fresh off their 16-1 takedown of Spiro on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Razorbacks fell 6-3 to the Howe Lions on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Lions this season, with their most recent defeat being a 8-1 loss on Monday.

Panama's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Howe, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Howe has already played their next contest, a 6-1 loss against Poteau on the 11th. Hopefully Panama paid attention to the Lions' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
