Basketball Recap: CORE Butte Comes Up Short

CORE Butte lost against Oroville back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The CORE Butte Lynx were dealt a 62-32 loss at the hands of the Oroville Tigers. The Lynx have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

CORE Butte now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Oroville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.

CORE Butte will be taking part in a tournament against Las Plumas at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Oroville, they will welcome Kelseyville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
