Peyton Eason Game Report: vs Lee County

Cape Fear came out on top against Lee County on Wednesday thanks in part to Peyton Eason's efforts. Eason went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. The performance marked the most hits she has had since back in March.

Eason and Cape Fear will host Gray's Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Eason had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their matchup back in March 13-3. Could another big game from her be enough to change the outcome this time? Check MaxPreps after the action for a full breakdown of the game and more softball content.
