Pioneer's and Branham's match on Tuesday was close at halftime, but Pioneer turned on the heat in the second half with two goals. The Pioneer Mustangs blew past the Branham Bruins 4-1. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Branham with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ella Overhulse (2), Rylee Ronchetti, and Destini Twiggs.

The win made it two in a row for Pioneer and bumps their season record up to 12-2. It's not like the team was facing easy opposition over that stretch either, as it included 11-1 Leigh (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 85.8% over those games). As for Branham, their loss dropped their record down to 12-3.

Pioneer has already played their next contest (against Leland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Branham, they will venture away from home to square off against Leigh at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Leigh is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3 goals per game this season.
