Dunmore had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.1 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Monday. They walked away with a 56-49 victory over the Honesdale Hornets. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 59-48 back in January.

Dunmore's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.6 points over those games. As for Honesdale, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4.

Dunmore and Honesdale should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. Dunmore will face off against Old Forge at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday up 384 places (54 vs. 438). Similarly, Honesdale (ranked 156th) will meet Holy Cross (ranked 376th) at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
