Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Foothill). They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Brea Olinda Wildcats on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Knights as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Brea Olinda with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Vanessa Paredes, Kaitlin Fortes, Zuly Morales, and Arllene Vite.

Foothill's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-7-2. As for Brea Olinda, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9-3.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing El Modena the next time they take the pitch. Brea Olinda will host El Modena at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, while Foothill will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
