Football Recap: Cheltenham Comes Up Short

Cheltenham lost against Central Bucks East back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 17-14.

Despite the loss, Cheltenham still got an impressive performance from Brian Palmer-King, who picked up 60 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Michael Price had an outrageously good game for Central Bucks East as he rushed for 111 yards and two TDs. Price's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 111 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Cheltenham's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Central Bucks East, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Cheltenham has already played their next match, a 38-29 win against Neshaminy on the 5th. As for Central Bucks East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 50-7 victory against Council Rock North on the 5th.
