Soccer Recap: Liberty County Comes Up Short

After flying high against Beach last Wednesday, Liberty County came back down to earth. Liberty County lost 6-1 to the Windsor Forest Knights on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for Liberty County in their meetings with Windsor Forest: they've now lost seven in a row.

Liberty County's goal came courtesy of N'Coh ( Marco) Tanoh, who's now up to six this season.

Liberty County's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Windsor Forest, they moved to 5-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty County will head out to face off against Calvary Day at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Windsor Forest, they will venture away from home to take on Islands at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Islands will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Windsor Forest surely won't give up without a fight.
