Football Game Preview: Ephrata Tigers vs. Selah Vikings + Official Tickets

The Ephrata Tigers will head out on the road to challenge the Selah Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Selah took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Ephrata, who comes in off a win.

Ephrata's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 28-0 win over Toppenish. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 23 points or more this season.

For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Selah and East Valley have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Friday. The Vikings were outmatched by the Red Devils and fell 42-13. Having soared to a lofty 40 points in the game before, the Vikings couldn't push the score so high this time.

Selah's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Ephrata, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Ephrata took their victory against Selah in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 34-13 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
