The Windward Wildcats will challenge the Venice Gondoliers at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. Windward is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.2 goals per game this season.

If Venice heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Windward took over last week. The Wildcats beat Marymount by a goal, winning 2-1. That's two games straight that Windward have won by just one goal.

Averie Pierce and Zoe Richman scored both of Windward's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Meanwhile, Venice put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their undefeated season alive. They were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over Los Angeles CES. Considering Venice have won five matchups by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Venice's victory bumped their record up to 6-0-1. As for Windward, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.

Everything went Windward's way against Venice in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, as Windward made off with an 8-0 victory. Do the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Gondoliers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
