Softball Recap: Carroll Comes Up Short

Carroll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Harlan Cyclones, falling 17-4. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cyclones apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in June of 2024.

Carroll's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Harlan, their win ended a 14-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-18.

Carroll has already played their next game (against Treynor), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Harlan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 15-0 defeat against Kuemper on the 28th.
