Softball Recap: Atoka Takes a Loss

Atoka fell victim to Adair and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Warriors, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Wampus Cats' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Atoka's defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Adair, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 29-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Adair beat Atoka by a score of 10-3 on Thursday.
