Basketball Recap: Hoover Makes It Three in a Row at Home

Hoover won the last time they faced Sanger and things went their way on Thursday too. The Hoover Patriots took down the Sanger Apaches 52-34. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Patriots.

Sanger's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Sofia Aguilar, who posted 14 points and five steals, and Zoe Gonzalez, who earned four points.

Hoover's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-12. As for Sanger, their loss dropped their record down to 14-13.

Hoover wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 49-7 victory against Liberty on the 8th. As for Sanger, they have also already played their next matchup, a 58-26 win against Edison on the 11th.
