Cathedral had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 10-0 to the Simpson Academy Cougars on Saturday. The Green Wave's loss signaled the end of their undefeated season.

Simpson Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-5 record this season.

Simpson Academy has already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Oak Forest Academy on the 27th. Hopefully Cathedral paid attention to the Cougars' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cougars at 12:00 p.m. on Monday.
