Everett made her presence known in Sierra's 61-43 victory
While Tuesday's victory was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Mya Everett. On Tuesday she was dialed in and scored 16 points along with five rebounds. She played a big game the last time she faced Central Catholic, so the team probably should've seen her coming.
Everett and Sierra will play host again and welcome Kimball, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup will pit Everett up against Kimball's star guard Sierra Tuliau. Will Everett turn in another gem to overcome Sierra? We'll have our answer very soon.
