Softball Recap: Holden Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Holden entered their tilt with Lexington on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Minutemen get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Minutemen, too.

Holden's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Lexington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Coming up, Holden will square off against Nevada at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lexington, they will be taking part in a tournament against St. Michael the Archangel at 10:45 a.m. on Friday. The Minutemen will need to watch out since the Guardians have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups.
