Volleyball Recap: Sunnyside Has No Trouble Against Cholla

Sunnyside won the last time they faced Cholla and things went their way on Wednesday too. Sunnyside put the hurt on Cholla with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

While Sunnyside won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-14, 25-14.

Martin Torres paced Sunnyside's offense, picking up nine kills. Torres got some help from Raymon Armenta and his 16 assists. Armenta was also solid from the service line: he led the team with six aces.
