Unity Christian won against Okoboji  on Friday with nine  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Saturday. The Knights didn't even let the Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn Hawks on the board, marking the Knights' second-straight  9-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 12 contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
Unity Christian has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record  this season. Those  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 8.8 runs over those games. As for Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, their loss was  their fourth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 3-13.
 Unity Christian has already played their next match,  a  12-1  victory against Harris-Lake Park on the 28th. As for Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next  contest,  a  6-4  win against Central Lyon on the 28th.
