Lancaster won the last time they faced Quartz Hill and things went their way on Thursday too. Everything went the Lancaster Eagles' way against the Quartz Hill Royals as the Lancaster Eagles made off with a 68-44 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 24 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Quartz Hill still got an impressive performance from Ashantee Palmer, who posted 23 points in addition to six boards and six steals. That was a full 52.3% of Quartz Hill's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Taylor Dabo, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and nine rebounds.

Lancaster pushed their record up to 18-3 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Quartz Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.

The future could be bright for both Lancaster and Quartz Hill: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Lancaster will look to extend Durango's three-game losing streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Quartz Hill will try to hand Castaic their eighth-straight loss when the two meet at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
