Basketball Recap: Jefferson-Morgan Takes a Loss

Jefferson-Morgan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 51-27 to the Bethlehem Center Bulldogs. The Rockets were down 49-19 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

It was another big night for Callie Dorsey, who posted 29 points for Bethlehem Center. Violet Trump was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Jefferson-Morgan's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Bethlehem Center, they pushed their record up to 10-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jefferson-Morgan will welcome Chartiers-Houston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Bethlehem Center has already played their next contest (against Carmichaels), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
