Osseo won the last time they faced Andover and things went their way on Friday too. The Orioles had just enough and edged out the Huskies 23-21. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Orioles were down 21-7 in the second quarter.

Joseph Mapson and Collin Gravink certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Mapson rushed for 54 yards and a pair of scores, while Gravink rushed for 128 yards and one touchdown.

Osseo now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Andover, they moved to 5-2 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Osseo is set to take on their familiar foe Champlin Park at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Andover will challenge rival Blaine at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
