CORE Butte has no trouble against Williams

The CORE Butte Lynx won the last time they faced the Williams Yellowjackets, and things went their way on Tuesday too. CORE Butte blew past Williams 43-19. The victory made it back-to-back wins for CORE Butte.
Despite the loss, Williams saw an underclassman step up: Lupita Zuniga scored six points along with six rebounds and four blocks. Zuniga is crushing the block category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
CORE Butte's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Williams, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
CORE Butte will head out on the road to face off against Hamilton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hamilton will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something CORE Butte surely won't give up without a fight. As for Williams, they will be playing at home against Biggs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Williams is coming into the contest with six straight defeats at home, meaning Biggs will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
