Tomball waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Klein Oak Panthers. The victory was all the more spectacular given Tomball's disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 208th, while Klein Oak are ranked 13th).

Ayden Ramirez and Diego Tonda scored all three of Tomball's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Tomball's record now sits at 6-3-2. As for Klein Oak, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Tomball will face off against rival Tomball Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Klein Oak is set to challenge their familiar foe Klein at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
