Soccer Game Preview: Dymally vs. George Washington Prep

The Dymally Challengers will square off against the George Washington Prep Generals at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. George Washington Prep took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Dymally, who comes in off a win.

Dymally will bounce into Wednesday's contest after beating Dorsey, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Challengers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Dons on Friday.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, George Washington Prep's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost 5-0 to Hawkins. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly George Washington Prep struggled afterwards.

George Washington Prep was without their leading scorer, Holland Allen, in Friday's matchup. With Allen sitting this one out, Martha Nonato got some extra time on the pitch (80 vs. her season average of 51.3).

Dymally's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for George Washington Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

Dymally came out on top in a nail-biter against George Washington Prep in their previous matchup back in December of 2025, sneaking past 2-1. Do the Challengers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Generals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
