Soccer Recap: St. Genevieve Comes Up Short

St. Genevieve was the 2-1 winner over Saint Joseph when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Genevieve Valiants fell 2-0 to the Saint Joseph Jesters on Tuesday. The Valiants have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Genevieve's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Saint Joseph, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1-1.

St. Genevieve will square off against Bishop Amat at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Saint Joseph, they will challenge Paraclete at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. Paraclete will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Saint Joseph surely won't give up without a fight.
