Baseball Recap: Griffin Comes Up Short

Griffin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They lost 12-1 to the Harris County Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Tuesday.

Griffin's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Harris County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

While Griffin had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
