Each week during the season (regular and
post), there will be a fan-generated contest to
tab weekly winners. Each winner receives a
digital award patch for their MaxPreps player page.
How does it
work? Nominees are selected from
statistics submitted on MaxPreps. Coaches who do not have current access may
request their free account here.
Weekly finalists are released on MaxPreps every
Tuesday and voting is conducted in a special poll.
Voting ceases at noon on Mondays. The winners are announced the next day
along with the next week's nominees.
Participants may vote as many
times as they want. It's a competition.
Last week over 130,000 votes were cast! So far

BasketballSenior had 39 points in a 75-48 win over
John Bartam. Also went over 1,000-career points with 19 in a 60-42 loss
to the Haverford School. Averaging 18.3 points.

(Philadelphia) Boys BasketballSophomore
had 32 points, five rebounds, three assists and three steals in a 63-55
win over Simon Gratz. Also had 30 points, four rebounds, four assists

* Omar Davis, Overbrook (Philadelphia) Boys Basketball
Senior had 14 points, 13 steals, seven assists and five rebounds in a 59-50 win over Abraham Lincoln. Averaging 15.1 points, 6.4 steals (ranks 11th nationally), 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists.

Had 58 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and 17 steals in wins over West Greene, Monessen and Bishop Canevin. Averaging 13.5 points, 5.1 steals, 4.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists.

Senior recorded a triple-double (15 points, 18 rebounds and 13 assists) in a 90-82 win over Aquinas Academy. Also had 24 points, seven assists, six rebounds and three steals in an 83-59 win over Riverview. Averaging 20.6 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 3.2 steals.

Junior had 31 points, 19 rebounds, six blocks and five assists in a 63-46 win over Belmont Charter. Averaging 28.1 points (ranks 43rd nationally), 8.3 rebounds and 3.5 blocks.
