Basketball Recap: Downtown Magnets Comes Up Short

Downtown Magnets was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 42-4 loss at the hands of the USC-MAE Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 31-9 two weeks ago.

Downtown Magnets' loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for USC-MAE, their win bumped their record up to 7-8.

Downtown Magnets does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for USC-MAE, they will head out on the road to take on Animo Bunche at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
