New Washington has gone 10-0 against Medora recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The New Washington Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Medora Hornets at 7:30 p.m. New Washington is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

New Washington fought the good fight in their overtime game against Crawford County on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Wolfpack by a score of 47-44.

Meanwhile, Medora posted their closest victory since February 10, 2024 on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Brown County 53-50. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Medora has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.9 points per game. As for New Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-11.

New Washington didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Medora in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 53-47 victory.
