Football Recap: Sauk Rapids-Rice Comes Up Short at Home Against Monticello

Sauk Rapids-Rice unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. The matchup between the Storm and the Monticello Magic didn't end well, with the Storm falling 34-18. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Storm of the 29-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.
