Mendon won the last time they faced Our Lady of the Lake Catholic and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hornets came out on top against the Lakers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Mendon easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-16.

Mendon's win bumped their record up to 13-1-1. As for Our Lady of the Lake Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mendon will venture away from home to challenge Bellevue at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Our Lady of the Lake Catholic, they will head out to take on Brandywine at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
