Basketball Recap: Silver Creek Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Silver Creek Raiders lost to the Antioch Panthers at home by a 46-28 margin.

Silver Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Antioch, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Silver Creek will challenge Westmont at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Westmont will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Silver Creek surely won't give up without a fight. As for Antioch, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Heritage at 6:30 p.m. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Antioch has won three straight at home, while Heritage won three straight on the road), something that'll have to change.
