Basketball Recap: Compton Piles Up the Points Against Dorsey

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Compton). They blew past the Dorsey Dons 81-7 on Monday. The victory was familiar territory for the Tarbabes, who have now won three contests in a row.

The win got Compton back to even at 3-3. As for Dorsey, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Compton won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Hawthorne at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dorsey, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Fremont at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give the Dons their first taste of in-conference action this season.
