Volleyball Recap: Lund Takes a Loss

Lund was the 2-1 winner over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell just short of Non Varsity Tournament Opponent by a score of 2-1 on Friday. While the Mustangs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating Non Varsity Tournament Opponent 25-18 in the first set.

Lund started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 18-25, 25-15, 15-13.

Lund now has a losing record of 3-4.

Lund didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Round Mountain on the 29th. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Fayetteville on the 29th.
